Corvina - Mar Profundo

Breaded seabass

INGREDIENTS: Deep Sea sea bass fillet of 200 grams • Flour • 1 egg, breadcrumbs • 2 cloves of garlic • Salt and pepper • Coriander • Swiss chard • 3 golden prawns • Mustard • Honey • 1 chopped tomato.

PREPARATION: bread the sea bass through flour, egg and breadcrumbs, this will make it crispy when frying • Marinate with salt, pepper and garlic • Place on a bed of chard • Top with golden prawn and a mixture of mustard with honey and coriander • Chop tomatoes into small pieces to decorate — To request more information click HERE>.

Trucha - Mar Profundo

TROUT

INGREDIENTS: 1 Deep Sea trout • Chili pepper • Oil • Lemon • Ground bread • Salt and pepper to taste.

PREPARATION: Cut the trout 4 or 6 pieces • Season with salt, pepper, and chili • Squeeze the juice of a lemon over the pieces of trout • Let stand for about 10 minutes • In a plate cover the pieces of trout with bread ground on both sides • Heat the oil in a frying pan, so that the trout is submerged halfway • Turn the heat to medium intensity • Fry the pieces of trout by placing them first on the skin side for about 3 minutes, turning them and then leave a couple more minutes • Accompany with white potatoes and a vegetable salad. — To request more information click HERE>.

Mejillones - Mar Profundo

Moussels in Green Sauce

INGREDIENTS: Deep Sea Mussels • 3 onions • 1 bay leaf • 1 glass of white wine • 4 cloves of garlic • 1 tablespoon of flour • Chopped parsley • Extra virgin oil.

PREPARATION: Chop the onions finely and put them to soak in a low saucepan with a little oil • Chop the garlic cloves and add them • Cook until lightly browned • Add the bay leaf and flour • Mix well and add the wine • Add the mussels covering the casserole and cook for approx. 5 minutes until they open • Transfer the mussels to a container, sprinkle the sauce with chopped parsley, simmer briefly and add the sauce to the mussels. — To request more information click HERE>.

Grill Tuna Steak

INGREDIENTS: • 250 grams of Deep Sea tuna loin • Lemon zest • Salt • Ground pepper • Olive oil • Sesame.

PREPARATION: • Add salt and pepper to taste to the tuna on both sides • Add a little grated lemon zest and sesame • Rub the tuna with olive oil on both sides and let it rest for a few minutes • Make sure the grill is well heat and place the tuna one minute on each side so that the tuna is golden (you can also leave it in the middle) • Accompany it with green salad, potatoes, vegetables, or rice — To request more information click HERE>.
